Mahdavi Motorsports starts with simple oil changes to major engine over hauls and everything in between. We can perform basic to major repairs, maintenance, tires, brakes, clutches, suspension and transmission services. Mahdavi Motorsports also does aftermarket performance upgrades such as turbo kits, supercharger kits, suspension upgrades, brake upgrades, engine upgrades and wheel packages. We service all makes and models. If you need something as simple as an oil change to possbily a race car or show car, Mahdavi Motorsports is the one stop shop for you.

History

Established in 1999.

Mahdavi Motorsports was opended in April of 1999 by two brothers that love cars. Whether working on them, modifying them, talking about them or just simply looking at them. The brothers have been modifying cars since 1988. We started the company with the intention to be able to repair, maintain, and modify most vehicles in the market. The shops purpose is to properly maintain and repair vehicles so that their owners will be safe, stressfree and not broke.

Took my car in for a coil-​over install. Arash was very straight forward and honest about everything from the initial phone call to me dropping my car off over a month later. They were finished when they said they’d be and they stuck to the price quoted over the phone. I can’t be any happier. I will def. bring my car back to them for my next round of upgrades and/​or maintenance. They exceeded my expectations — it’s no wonder they are highly recommended!

The most honest mechanic I’ve found. It’s a one hour hike for me to get there, but it’s worth it to have a mechanic I can trust. Sam took the time to really look over my car and make sure I was getting what I needed. He had a better price than the other mechanic I had gone to for the same problem, and he actually talked to me like a human being. I will be going to Sam forever from now on.

I’ve taken my car out to Mahdavi three or four times now, despite it being a bit of a drive for me, because it’s worth it. The lot is always packed, and it’s not because they take their sweet time getting things done. They’re popular because they do good work, provide good service, and treat their customers right.
I’ve always dealt with Sam when I’ve been. He knows what he’s talking about when it comes to cars, and he can talk about them with anybody. I just finished college, so I haven’t had a lot of money to put into my car. There are parts that need replacing, and I’ve asked Sam about what can wait and what can’t to save money. He’s always straightforward, never condescending, and never trying to needlessly upsell you to make a buck.
I’ve appreciated the service I’ve gotten here, and they’ll keep getting my business as long as I’m in Atlanta.

After spending my hard earned money and being burned, I’ll never go back to that ripoff place. Their very expensive and blame their bad work by blaming the parts manufacturer, that happened to me twice and they never offered to make it right, It won’t happen a third time, You’ve been warned.

If there’s a better general auto repair facility in the Atlanta area, I haven’t found it. Sam and his crew are very competent, honest, and fair. I use them for my own repairs (after about three decades being in the auto repair business and having everything done in-​house). This shop gets my highest recommendation!

I have known Sam/​Arash since the late 90’s as they are one of the oldest running import performance shops around Atl. They specialize in Hondas but now are experts in domestics, suprass, and etc. Turbo experts as well. One stop shop. This is one of the few shops that trust my vehicle at. As I have brought several of my cars here when I can’t do the work myself or need some experts! Their customer service is amazing. They also can get can parts available on the market for a great price. They do a great job mounting/​balancing tires as well. These guys are the OGs of the import scene. I recommend this place to all my friends and anybody that is looking for quality work! :)

Bought a set of 4 Yoko Prada Spec X, 20′, 18 months ago. This past weekend, picked up a 2“x3″ piece of metal and one went flat immediately. Stopped by, Roger Lamachia was working the counter… he dropped everything to help me. Patched tire, balanced AND remounted the wheel on my car (wasn’t expecting, I was rolling on the temp spare)…all for $ 20. His actions alone won my repeat and future business. Great kid.

After they did nice work in the past, went by their shop today to find them driving my car down Lawrenceville Hwy over the speed limit – went by me like a rocket.
Their excuse was they hadn’t seen this type transmission on a Toyota before. They make no secret that they are race car enthusiasts. If you leave your car with them, they may feel the need to find out how fast it will go.

This is a one stop shop from aftermarket audio work to fixing your wiper blades this place does it all with a twist. I believe this shop is owned by two brothers and the hi-​jinx that go on at this place reminds me of Orange County Choppers on discovery channel. John and Sam opened up early Saturday morning and the two of them bickering back & forth was hilarious. The work that they do is top notch and they can fabricate just about anything. I’m a fan and will be bringing my car back.
