History

Established in 2013.

iVenture Laundry Services, LLC originated from the organizer’s experiences as a full time working single parent whose desire was to spend as much quality time as possible with her daughter. Our goal is to provide an affordable service that can free up dual working families and single parents to enjoy quality time with their families. In addition, we hope to help elderly individuals with challenging laundry chores.

We offer military, senior citizen, and teacher discounts.

Meet the Business Owner

Maria D.

Business Owner

Maria is a native of Puerto Rico and has lived in the United States since 1985. As a child, Maria’s sisters exposed her to theatre and other artistic endeavors they pursued at the time such as dance and music. Maria’s family often called on Maria, the unofficial family entertainer, to portray characters she memorized from a variety of plays when she was merely six or seven years old.

In 1985, Maria’s mother moved to Miami, Florida where Maria struggled with her inability to speak English and eventually dropped out of High School. She got her first job working at a fast food chain and worked on the set of a few commercials for local companies. In 1988, Maria packed her bags and moved in with her sister in California where she returned to High School and earned her diploma at the age of 20.

After serving six years of military service, Maria worked at a few corporate jobs after which she returned to school full time to pursue a Business Administration degree.
