Harmony Grove Preschool is an educational outreach program of Harmony Grove United Methodist Church to the children and parents of the church and the surrounding community. We welcome children of all races, faiths and nationalities. It is our goal to present a balanced, success-​oriented program that provides opportunities for development in every area of a child’s growth: social, emotional, physical, spiritual and intellectual. The children need many successful experiences in the early years to develop a positive self-​concept.

History

Established in 1966.

Harmony Grove Preschool first opened in September of 1966 and introduced a Pre-​K program for a small class of 30 children. The following year, the school added a second class with a total of 41 children. In the years since, Harmony Grove Preschool has continued to grow and serve the community of Lilburn with a program of excellence for children ages 12 months to 4 years.
