Discount Tire Store – Lilburn, GA

Every time I walk in here the people are super friendly and make you feel like they care about your issues and want to resolve them in the best and most affordable way possible. I bought my tires here simply because I love doing business with people that want it and work for it. I highly recommend them and hats off to these guys and the company.

This is my go to discount tire store.
The folks here are really friendly and provide the best service. I don’t know much about tires and they are extremely patient in explaining everything and answering every question I have. I love that they offer free tire rotations for life as well as free air check. When I get my oil change from the dealer, they usually want to charge me extra to get my tires rotated. I walked in for a rotation this time without an appointment and was out within ~15 minutes.
I also never feel like their pushing to sell me tires, unlike other places where they just want to sell, sell, sell. I have enjoyed this place every time I went. Definitely recommend. :)

These guys are great. I brought in my Avalon to inspect the tires and I was immediately greeted and welcomed by Chris, the manager, who inspected every tire personally. I decided to get four new Michelin tires. Not only did I get a great price, but they even stayed after closing hours to get the job done. While I was waiting for the job to be completed, another customer commented one how extra nice the staff is. I will definitely be bringing my business here!

These guys are always so polite and helpful. My mother and I really appreciate the free two minute tire air/​safety check. We were looking for someone to help us look after our car when my father passed away and these guys were the only ones that weren’t condescending to us for being a couple of clueless women needing some help when it comes to cars. You’ve given us peace of mind during a really difficult time for us and I’m grateful.

Visited this location today for two new tires. They explained all the charges and gave me a timeframe for work completion. Customer service was excellent and work was completed on time. The store was cleaned and organized.

This place is great! A little long line on Saturday but once you are in, you are in like Flynn! Fast service super polite and helpful! Felix even changed out my lawn mower tires! They do it all! Oh yeah baby!!!

What can I Say. Got my tires from here. I also had my tires rotated and balance. Everyone is friendly. Love the staff and want to give them a thumbs up for all the hard work they do. Had me out before the expected time. Do make an appointment before coming in will save time. This place also offers free water and coffee while you wait. Definitely reccomend

Just went back here again to get tires rotated and a nail pulled out of my tire. I’m always really impressed with their customer service, always top notch!

Love this place, people are so nice and helpful. I always feel confident when I come here because I know they will not take advantage, because I’m a women. Prices and quality of tires are great, and the best this they will recommend you what tires are good for your car.

I have a 93 Crown Victoria and as much as I love my car, it’s a pain for me these days. I previously went to JB Tires on jimmy after for my tires and ALL OF THEM but one went out in a matter of months.
My tires are constantly going out. It’s been a pain in my pockets and I’ve had no peace of mind driving after all of his havoc. I decided to go to Discount Tire for decent tires and I’ve never regretted it no matter what I paid. They’ve understood that my tire problems always hit me at the worst time possible, and they’ve helped me through it along with giving me great discounts!
I want to thank Lee personally for helping me out. He does press on you getting a new tire over anything, but if willing and able, I’d tell anybody to go with it. I mean, their tires have warranties, why not? My go to tire place! Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks!

Called discount tire lilburn because of a nail in my tire and Lee promised to repair the holes for free no strings attached. I took my lunch break and headed over there. He was happy to see me and remembered our phone conversation. We walked out to my car and he looked it over. Then it began… he started hinting that I should get new tires. My tires still have 80 percent tread life and are Michelin tires. I got them from American Tire in Tucker a year ago. I politely declined and hinted back that I just wanted a repair. Then his hints become recommendations. I mentioned that I appreciated the concern but my tires are brand name and have a lot of tread left in them and I would really just want at patch job. Then the recommendations because stronger, he started talking about how unsafe a repaired puncture can be and claims that safety was his concern and not making tire sales. I mentioned that my tires are perfectly fine and I worked at a mechanics shop during my college years and knew that a patch would be perfectly safe and the tires are fine for quite some time. Then Lee just flat out refused to do the patch job (even after I offer to pay for it). Standing on his soapbox about safety and the roads are for everyone, he refused to do the repair and would only work on my tires if I purchased new ones from them. Keep in mind, this is the same person who promised to do the repair for free over the phone. Anywho, to make a long story longer, I politely left and headed down the road to A1 and the owner (Sean) repaired it for $ 20 and did an overall brake and tire inspection on the other three tires at no extra cost. Would not be heading back to Discount Tires Lilburn again and definitely don’t recommend anyone else to them.

Fair. Reasonable. Friendly. Those are the first adjectives I think of when Discount Tire comes to mind. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the metro Atlanta area.

I love my Jeep. I’m over 200,000 miles now, and I hope it never falls apart on me.
So, in keeping with that, I love it when a chain store actually cares enough to give my car the care it deserves.
I got 4 new tires, lifetime repair, balance and rotation, and replacement certificates for less than $ 350. Now, I don’t really know how that compares to other places, but I got Kumho Solus tires that have an 85,000 mile warranty on them. Since I did purchase tires that come with a service package, Discount Tire is very convenient for me because they have locations nationwide.
Felix and the whole staff were nice, attentive, and full of information. Changing all four tires only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way. I guess having an appointment on the weekday really helped. It also gave me a chance to scope out other places on Lawrenceville Highway to Unilocal
