PCCC started as a family-owned concrete cutting and coring business over 20 years ago on Kaua’i. The father and son team of Tom and Eli Brainerd have continually expanded their business to meet the ever-changing needs of their client.
From concrete cutting and coring, their services expanded to include demolition and concrete and aggregate recycling, as well as the establishment of an operations base on the Big Island of Hawaii.
