Very bad agent service: Very limited and inaccurate communication. Impossible to contact. No one returns calls or emails. Still waiting for a refund. Quick to threaten policy cancellation and slow to issue refund.
Very bad home office experience; Calls in to the home office end up in home office phone tag hell. Constantly told to just call the agent.
