History

Established in 2001.

Wites & Kapetan, P.A. was founded in January 2001, and is dedicated to representing injured persons and their families.

Marc Wites is a graduate of The University of Florida College Law. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Michigan. He is the author of The Florida Litigation Guide (www​.flal​it​guide​.com) and Florica Causes of Action.

Marc was named as part of Florida’s Legal Elite for 2006 – 2011 by Florida Trend, as a Florida Super Lawyer in 2009 – 2011, and to the 2005 Best of the Bar by the South Florida Business Journal. These honors were the result of voting by members of the Florida Bar.

Alex N. Kapetan, Jr. received his bachelor’s degree in government from Harvard University. While at Harvard, Alex played varsity football. He is a cum laude graduate of The University of Miami School of Law. Alex was named as a Super Lawyer and Rising Star by Super Lawyer Magazine in 2011.
