Overall great experience. I had already done some research, visited another store, and looked at online deals. Very friendly, knowledgeable, showed me a couple of different memory foam options based on my criteria. I made my choice and they delivered the same day. There was a misunderstanding on my part about a bed frame, since I didn’t realize it wasn’t on my receipt until I got home, but Wilfredo and I worked it out via phone. I used one I had for one bed and he sent one for the other no charge.
I really wanted to give my business to a local company and buy Made in America vs big box store. I recommend this family business — you’ll get a fair deal, great service, and support our local economy.
