I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Lisa J. Smith, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Usui Reiki Master, living in Pompano Beach, FL. I’m a 2009 graduate of the Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Program offered through the Atlantic Technical Center of Broward College in Margate, FL.

I have National and the State of Florida Certification for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and am a member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association and the Society of OrthoBionomy International.

Having worked as a massage therapist in the Chiropractor, Physical Therapist and Spa environments, I understand the need for an individual approach. I’m able to work with a diversity of health issues and concerns to meet that goal.

I spent the winter in Pompano Beach and was fortunate to find Lisa Smith, a licensed massage therapist who came to my apartment weekly. I was so impressed by how much she was helping me that I booked appointments for my husband, who was equally pleased.
Lisa knows many types of therapeutic massage, including craniosacral, and uses a combination of techniques to address various health issues. She’s good at deciding what our bodies need but also listening to what we want. Lisa does whatever it takes to help the body heal and make you feel better (she urged me to try cupping and to my surprise I loved it). In addition, she’s very personable, has a positive attitude and respects your privacy.
She recently opened her own studio in the northern part of Fort Lauderdale but is still willing to see clients in their homes. I highly recommend Lisa to everyone who understands the importance of therapeutic massage for wellness, as well as to those with specific problems.
