I can’t say if these doctors are «decent» or not. When I went to make an appointment for my daughter to be seen, the receptionist, a male, cut me off with a terse «First, what’s her insurance».
Seriously? That’s how you speak to the public? To a potential patient? What the hell?
I paused and said that I would like to finish what I’d been saying and he cut me off AGAIN. «It just makes things easier if I can find out if we can even treat her here».
Wow.
I told him that I didn’t much care for his attitude and if he’s a representation of the office as a whole, no thanks. To which he responded «Suit yourself». And hung up.
Part of me has to laugh. Cause it’s not every day that you get completely dismissed by someone that’s supposed to be on the front lines of customer service. Needless to say, I called a different doctor/​practice.
