My vision is for you to experience serenity so deeply that your life begins to evolve and grow at a rapid pace. Manifesting your dreams and goals with ease and focus.

I have been teaching and guiding clients for over 15 years through meditation, yoga and Reiki to expand their life experiences of joy and prosperity. I am crazy passionate about our team of highly trained professionals who share the same vision of giving each client or student what they need at the level they are at in the moment!

Our staff is truly the best of the best! We were awarded Best Massage Therapy in the Northland in 2010 and 2012. I couldn’t be more proud of our team and their passion to guide you to your optimal health and wellness.
