This place is amazing. I went with a group of friends for the first time. We had no idea what we were doing. The owner (and all other staff as well) was fantastic. He made sure we had everything we needed, had a staff member show us what to do, and periodically checked up on us. He’s such a nice guy. We can’t wait to go back!

These guys are just great. We were new to the idea of shot guns in an open field, but they held our hands through the first several shots until we began to feel like pros, okay not «pros» but until we knew what we were doing. We went through 250 rounds between 4 of us. All 4 of us (2 couples), relatively new to this sport, had a blast and walked away wanting to come back at the first opportunity. This place is surely for pros, but I appreciated how welcomed we felt even as beginners.
Gorgeous scenery (perfect for a picnic), great property, and awesome group of folks running this place. I highly recommend it. Try it out, don’t think… you’ll be glad you did.

Humble, TX
Great set-​up and super accommodating staff. Courses are very challenging and the scenery is really pretty. Wife is a beginner and signed her up with a shooting lesson from one of the instructors; Johnathan. By the end of the two hour lesson; she was shooting with much more confidence and accuracy. He did a fantastic job and would highly recommend using his services. Prices were very competitive to other ranges located around the city and the quality was much better.

Clay Mounds offers Sporting Clays, 5-​Stand, and Skeet. They host numerous NSCA events throughout the year and always do a great job. Clay Mounds is a great facility owned and operated by fantastic people.

New to town and been here twice. Both times great targets (on easy and harder courses) and interesting landscape with lots of shade, ponds, and woods. Prices are fine, too, even for non-​members. Friendly staff. golf cart rentals. Sporting Clays and 5 stand with more stations in the works. A nice drive out in the country for some weekend sporting clays fun.
