Soon after receiving his J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 1982, Timothy J. Wilson began his legal career by starting his own firm, Wilson & McQueen, in 1987. For the past 30 years, Wilson has exclusively focused on workers’ compensation cases, and has even been recognized by Super Lawyers in both the field of workers’ compensation and the corporate counsel edition. Along with this recognition, Wilson was also named one of the Best Lawyer’s in America, 2011 – 2012. Having handled over 3,500 cases and counting, Wilson continues to fight for the justice and compensation his clients deserve.
