This company has probably the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. After calling and «thinking» I had ordered contacts, I called a week later to find that no contacts had been ordered and they had nothing on file for me. So, I began the process again of getting contacts ordered. At this point, I was told that I would receive information in the mail on how to get a $ 100 rebate when my contacts were mailed to me. Two weeks later, I called to find that some of my contacts were sitting at their office and they hadn’t even called me. I asked them to mail them and they assured me they would. A week later, I get a phone call to inform me that my contacts are at the office to be picked up (meaning they hadn’t mailed them.) Instead of waiting on them to mail them, I went and picked them up. At that time, all of my order wasn’t in, so they said they would mail the rest to me WITH the rebate information. I received another phone call once those came in asking me if I would like them to be mailed or if I wanted to pick them up. Just to humor myself, I asked if they would mail them. A couple weeks later, I went to the office and picked the additional contacts up. I asked for the rebate information. They started scrambling around trying to create an invoice (who knows that they ever had one) and rebate information. Once I looked at the rebate requirements, I found that it was impossible for me to receive the rebate due to how long it had been since my contacts had been ordered. Thanks, Tinder Krauss Tinder. I will no longer be doing business with you.
