Set up an appointment for a notary with an associate at this store to do an off– site notary for me. They agreed and we scheduled it (along with 4 other individuals that needed to be present for the notary). After 5 days of it being scheduled they called to say they wouldn’t be there due to a «corporate meeting». No apologies given and very rude when called — acted as if it were my fault they couldn’t make it. Now I am left, 2 days before scheduled notary– to cancel plans with everyone or find a new notary at last minute. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES DUE TO LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORGANIZATION!

While in the area for work, I needed to print some files from my flash drive. With no office supply store such as Office Depot in town, I was concerned that I would have to drive to High Point or one of the other towns 20 – 30 miles away for the printing. Fortunately Lexington does have a UPS Store!
The couple that were running the store were very friendly. The gentleman was not very computer savvy, but he did figure out how to get the needed files off of my computer and send the print message over to the copier.
Pleasant experience.
