This service department is horrible! Dave, you know better! They shorted out my electrical unit and will not take responsibility. CAUTION!!!

Extremely unprofessional sales team, thanks for cementing my relationship with Bluegrass Motorsports in Louisville. My gf is interested in an IS and so took her so she could test drive one and find out cost information. At the end of the visit, after being called tire kickers, we were informed we had wasted the time of the sales team in a belligerent tone. We informed the salesman she worked for Toyota at the beginning of the visit, I was not aware of the program where she would order directly from the factory and she was not clear on the procedure. Being respectful in the face of disappoint is the hallmark of a professional, there was no need to be rude towards us, besides there were no other customers waiting on the sales staff. It was probably two years of test drives before I purchased my first car at Bluegrass. During that time I passed on several cars and was always treated kindly and in a professional manner. Maybe that is why I’ve now bought 5 cars from them. Luckily for anyone interested in a Lexus, Louisville is just a short drive away.

I would clearly watch this service department. I brought my Lexus in today (recently relocated from Chicago) to have the 55k mile periodic maintenace completed. On the website the cost was quoted when I made the online appointment as ~$ 250. Whne I took the car in the said the pricing on the website was wrong as managed by at third party and change was over $ 350. When I decided not to have it completed and just get the oil change the price on the wed was $ 49.99 but Jaye said the actual cost is $ 129.99.
I drive to Louisville and get it serviced at by a reputable dealer.
