Source On High is an all-​inclusive health and wellness cooperative center designed to enhance and support a variety of health concerns as well as promote preventative care. A comprehensive selection of healing services, classes and products are available to help the customer experience a unique spectrum of modalities in order to pick, choose and change what may work for each individual in their current state of health.

Source On High believes that a healthy body, mind and spirit are essential components of a joyful life. The collaborative strengths will build, support and enhance the efforts of those who choose to use a natural integrative approach to elevate a clean, healthy and harmonious life based on growth through deeper understanding of one’s self and body to create long term stability.

Our philosophy is to create a community of practitioners who are experts in their field to come together in a space that is supportive of holistic wellness and birth a platform of professional integrative medicine in the Lexington community.

History

Established in 2014.

This building has been completely transformed! It used to be a skate shop called «The Void» and now it’s a health and wellness/​aquatic center called «The Source» and is funny how it went from nothing to everything! The interior has the feel of Water, Fire, Air and Earth. Every detail has been thought of to make the experience like a vacation.

Corinne L.

Business Owner

Corinne has been in the healing arts for over 20 years. She has a passion for many things including, service to others, motherhood, art, fitness and innovative ideas. Corinne is a UK grad and lived in HI, CA and CO where she was trained. Corinne has a strong belief in the many benefits of aquatic therapy, specifically Float Pods. Her passion has driven her to be one of the first places in Kentucky to offer this transformational experience. All are welcome, Namaste
