5⁄5 would recommend… Friendly staff, free wifi, fast service and quality food for an economical price. Also they occasionally have a $ 5.00 nachos special or free queso for UK students.

Guac was %30 tomato, %30 onion and only %40 avocado. Was not great. Burrito wasn’t spectacular either.

Felt rushed but I was the only person in line. It only took me about ten seconds to realize their menu had nothing unique and shared similar options that Chipotle, Qdoba, and Moe’s provide at price that is cheaper and/or about the same. I got a burrito bowl with chicken and was not in any way impressed. It wasn’t horrible but it was by no means anything special and I personally think I can get a much better meal at Chipotle and have GMO-free food.

Great service and clean interior; however, both times I have been the chicken has just been ok. The rest of the ingredients of my burrito bowl were fresh, but it lacked flavor. If you want a less busy Mexican fast food restaurant go here. If you want better flavor go to Chipotle or Moe’s.

Fresh mexican and quick! Today was the 1st time my wife had eaten here and we were impressed w/how fresh everything is. Moes & Qdoba are not as good as this place! The owner Bill took the time to check on us several times! He told me that kids eat free on Monday’s too!

Sure, Salsarita’s is a knock off Chipotle and/or Qdoba, but the veggies are very fresh and their chicken has much more flavor. Enjoyed a nice lunch at Salsarita’s!

Their shrimp tacos are absolutely delicious. Steak tacos are so so. The first time I had the steak it was good and the times after that they were dry. Their chips are seasoned differently than any other place similar, but delicious nonetheless. Can’t go wrong with their queso either.

Pretty basic food here. It’s clean but no salsa bar and the food is just so so. I would rather eat at Chipotle.

This place is very similar to Quote or Chipotle, and a great alternative to those places. The food was awesome, fresh made guacamole is quite good! The shredded pork burrito was also very tender. Clean and friendly service! Enjoy!

This place has good food. I’ve eaten there twice and both times excellent. I don’t think the place has been opened that long. Maybe not many know about it because the place was empty when we were there. If you haven’t tried it, give them a try. I loved the tacos and the hot salsa.

Food is pretty good. Eating area was large an clean. Prices are decent. A bit high for what you get. Chips were really good. Pros: chips are seasoned and delish, large meat selection including shrimp, simple menu, large clean eating area, still new so no wait Cons: no salsa bar, no view,

I’m just going to come out and say it: I’m probably never coming back here again. We walked in at noon on a Thursday to a nearly empty dining area. We walked up to the counter, studied it briefly, and placed our orders. My wife got the two tacos, opting for one chicken and one shrimp. They really had a lot of meat options… Shrimp, chicken, ground beef, chicken and pork carnitas. I opted for the small burrito(Thursday’s special at $ 5.00) with carnitas. With both got chips and queso and a soda. I was a little surprised to see that our total was right at $ 20.00… Until I saw that I got charged for a large burrito at $ 6.89 instead. I was about to protest, when I noticed a small crowd of about 10 people behind me. For some reason, Salsarita’s had deemed two people enough to run a restaurant on Nich Rd at noon on a weekday, one of them being on break and still meandering around behind the counter. So I sat down and ate. And it was definitely a small burrito. The carnitas were definitely not very authentic… It was pretty much like eat unflavored soggy pulled pork. The rest of the burrito was pretty unflavored though… I had to grab some hot sauce from the counter just so I could stomach this bland tube of food. The chips were pretty tasty though… Still warm, with seasoning salt(never seen that before), and the queso was very flavorful. My verdict: Not far from Moe’s, but without the saving grace of a salsa bar. If it ever comes to be that neither Chipotle, Qdoba, or Moe’s no longer existed, I would still opt for Taco Bell instead.

Salsarita’s is very similar to Chipotle and Qdoba, but not quite as good. I did like that they had tortilla pizzas, which I ordered and customized to my liking. I also noticed that they have shrimp for the burritos, tacos, etc. which unless I am mistaken, Chipotle and Qdoba do not. They have a huge dining room which means difficulty finding an open table would probably not be an issue. Now for a couple of things I did not like:(1) I was there just as they opened on a weekday and several tables appeared to have not been wiped down from the night before. What the hell? I was literally the second person in the door. In what universe would you open the doors for the day without the place being clean? The restrooms were clean on this particular day, so I’ll give them that.(2) On a separate occasion, I noticed as the staff was building my burrito that several of the items appeared to be past their prime: dry-looking black beans, dry-looking pinto beans, etc. Maybe this joint just doesn’t do the volume to replenish their pans of food very frequently, but I did not find the looks of it very pleasing. I would go back if I was in the area, but I would not necessarily be compelled to seek it out for a return visit either.

I’ve been here twice over the past month(thanks to vouchers from a local deal site), and I think it’s pretty similar to Moe’s in terms of price, quality, and environment. I like that the menu is very straightforward, easy to customize, and that there isn’t an extra charge for guacamole. I don’t like that some of the workers(but not all) automatically serve some chips and ask if you’d like salsa, queso, or guacamole when you haven’t ordered them and it’s an extra charge(the free chips and salsa at Moe’s definitely win in that regard). Also, the pork is pretty greasy and the steak is thin and ragged. Overall, if you’re looking to spend about $ 6 for a quick burrito or tacos, this is an ok option, but when I don’t have vouchers, I’ll happily spend a dollar or two more to go to Chipotle since their ingredients(especially the meat) are noticeably higher quality and they don’t try to sneak in additional charges.

Really good! Great food and relatively inexpensive. Their queso is better than Qdoba’s and Moe’s.

I am EXTREMELYDISAPPOINTED in this place. I’ve been here 3 times now and each time the quality of what I’ve gotten has gotten significantly worse. Tonight I ordered a salad. What I got was a measly little bowl that was barely the size of a side salad. I would really like an explanation from a manager or owner or whomever is in charge of this place. Seriously???

I heard an ad on the radio today on the way home from work and decided to give this place a try. I’m glad I did; it’s pretty good. The atmosphere reminded me of a Qdoba or Moe’s type restaurant, but the food options went beyond both. We decided to get the Thursday deal, $ 5 little burritos. They may be called«little» but they’re quite filling. We also decided to try the Mexican pizza — and loved it! Two options for rice, a bean option, five options of meat(ground beef, steak, chicken, pork or shrimp), four kinds of salsas, queso, shredded cheese, lettuce, black olives, jalapenos, tomatoes, ranchero sauce, sour cream, and fresh made guacamole. Any way you stuff your burrito, this place is a nice place to get some fresh Southwestern food. Try it out.

No booze yet but the foo more than makes up for it. Vast combinations of burritos and bowls and salads. The burheato is made with hot pepper sauce. According to my lunch date the«burheato is not the hottest sauce» but if you upload a video of you eating it you get a free shirt. So there’s that. I had the saucy burrito and it was HUGE!!! Like 2 pounds of huge delicious sauce covered burrito. Each meal is optional for the combo with chips, salsa/guac/queso, and a drink. They have a very good rewards/loyalty program too.

If you like fast casual, you will love this place. It is very similar to the Moe’s franchise, so much so that I thought someone was going to chant«welcome to Salsarita». If you haven’t been to Moe’s and don’t know what it is like, it’s southwester food version of a Subway. I ordered a burrito bowl. I chose chicken, beans, pico, corn and a lot of other things mixed into a bowl, for the price of $ 6.89. Every order comes with a helping of excellent guacamole. They have a taco special too, that I’ll check out the next time that I visit. It’s in an odd but unique location, beside Panara, in the Regency Shopping Center.
