The worst.. My keys got locked in the car and the technician who arrived, came with only a slim jim to open the car. As with all power locks, you cannot open the car with a slim jim. Instead he shattered my window, breaking the glass. He didn’t even have a vacuum to get up the glass so I ended up with no window, a bleeding foot and a scratched back. The company refused to allow me to file a damage claim and hung up on me. They said I could go through my insurance to repair something they had negligently damaged through their incompetence which of course would mean my insurance rates would go up and I would have to pay a deductible. Never never use them.
