We had an appointment, but We still waited a long time. The service are really bad as well. My friend’s finger started bleeding and I waited for 20 minutes for taking off my regular nail polish.

I just had to update this review after seeing Gina’s review below. She is 100% wrong. These are really nice people with a very pleasant manner and they take the time to do things right. Her complaint about Lisa is totally not true. She’s a friendly and lovely person. They all are. If I hadn’t seen this review on their site I would have thought it was a different nail salon. This person has some kind of vendetta and should not be taken seriously.

There pedicure used hot oil massage your feet I never had this kind of treatment before ever also finished with the paraffin on your feet and there manicure come with the keratin glove so nice my hand was so soft after.
My gel manicure look amazing I would recommend this salon to anyone who looking for nice relax clean places. I’m Asian I really picky about my nails will be back soon…

This is my go-​to place for pedicures and waxing. Friendly people, great service, very clean and inviting space, and I love that they offer non-​toxic products.

I just got back from my first pedicure from Organic Nails (formerly Mass Nails). I had a wonderful experience and saw a girl named Ariana (sp?). She was so nice and did an amazing job. I did the 30 minute pedicure and it came out great. I would def. recommend this place and will be going back.

The pedi appointment I booked online through Unilocal was not honored. I had to wait ~20min with the walk-​ins and because I had a commitment after my appointment, I had to opt for just a clear coat of base polish. I would not have had enough time for the polish to dry and figured smudged clear polish would be easier to deal with.
To their credit, they did offer to let me come back the next day to complete the pedi. Unfortunately, the whole reason I made appointment is that I don’t have a lot of free time.
I know 20 minutes does not seem like much but for me it was the difference between getting a pedicure and having to do it (at least finish it up) at home. BTW, they charged me the full amount.

Filthy bathroom, broken massage chairs, untrained staff and NOTHING organic about this place (they use Mr. Scrubbing Bubbles spray cans to clean foot baths). Such a waste of my time and money. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had!!!

I booked a pedicure through the Unilocal online booking. When I arrived, the person scheduled for me was not coming in. The two employees/​ladies had no clue about the appointment. One forgot her cell phone and said the person’s wife would be in shortly but they needed to reach her. 2 other people waiting for manicures, and the scheduled employees for them were not there either. When the employees finally showed for them, they looked like they just woke up!
Anyway, I guess the wife was finally reached as they asked me to sit and soak my feet in the water. The water was lukewarm and started to cool off. My appointment was for 11am. Now, it’s 11:18am, and already behind schedule.
One of the employees asked again with whom I had an appointment with, I explained I made through the Unilocal’s online booking with Tim. She said he doesn’t work there anymore. His wife would be there shortly. It was obvious the employees had no clue to their schedule and they didn’t seem to care. Another 5 minutes went by and I had enough. I told the ladies I’m leaving. No one offered to dry my feet. I left with wet feet and no pedicure.
With so many nail salons around, I’m not returning and wasting more time.

Clean everything deposible very hygienic.

BEST NAIL SALON EVER.
1.Staff was so friendly and so accommodating
2.Their facility is so clean and so organized
3. Service is fast and the nail techs do such a great job
4. Location is perfect — near restaurants, convenience stores, banks and a Starbucks which is a plus
5. Their products are harmless to the skin
I finally found my nail salon :)
Also, prices are a little on the pricey side but still affordable — you pay for WONDERFUL service so it’s worth it (i.e a full set with gel is $ 45)
Please visit this nail salon… it’s right on mass ave in Lexington and worth the trip if you live far ;)

I was visiting a friend in Boston a week ago and needed a place to get a mani and pedi for a conference I was attending. My friend was heading over to Lexington for an errand and so I was looking for nail spa in the ares. I found Organic Nails using Unilocal and they were rated highly. I had a little trouble finding it because I was out of town but finally did about 20 mins late. They were so nice and a young man started my pedi right away. The chairs were very comfortable and his foot massage was fantastic. Even though I was late he took a lot of time on my pedi. He then did my shellac manicure and again took so much time to make sure it was a great experience. I got a french manicure and he did the most perfect white tips I have ever had! He is a real artist.
I don’t remember his name (sorry), but he was so great! I finished up with a paraffin treatment which was so soothing.
The spa is laid out well with the pedi chairs in the back and the nail workstations up front. The spa is very clean and all the tools were wrapped and sanitized.
They had a very large selection of nail polish and I had trouble deciding the color I wanted for my pedi due to so many choices.
There is great parking in the back of the shop and it is really inexpensive, like 50 cents for a couple of hours. One of the young women working the front desk offered to even go out and put some more money in the parking meter if I need to. Just fantastic customer service!
The prices are very completive and I would highly recommend this nail spa if you are in the Lexington area!

I have lived in Arlington for three years now and have been struggling to find the perfect place to get my nails done. Until now, just a few miles from me in Lexington! Organic Nail & Spa is a hidden away gem. just off of Mass. Ave. they are so friendly and attentive. Their salon is clean and organized. I got a mani & pedi and eyebrow wax for a mere $ 60 and had a great discussion with the owners and two lovely ladies who were enjoying their treatments. You will not be disappointed… I just found my go to place

The second time I have been there and can’t say enough «good» things about the service, sanitation and staff. They are all friendly and knowledgeable, offering what the «client» wants, rather than trying to up-​sell you during your visit. Glad to see that I was right to return and will be back to see Lida in 2 weeks!!!

I found this place by driving by. It is now my FAV place to go. They are SO friendly and make u feel like u have been friends for years! They use all natural products. By far the BEST acrylics I have ever had done. Could pass as my own nail! I highly recommend coming here!

My daughter and I decided to walk in on the off chance that they had room in the schedule. What a find! They fit us in and did a great job. The price was very reasonable and I got a lovely leg massage with my pedicure. I highly recommend this salon!

This place was great! The ambiance was very calm and peaceful. One girl did my feet while another did my nails. She spent almost an hour on my pedicure with a relaxing foot massage. Way less expensive and more enjoyable than miniluxe.

I was so pleasantly surprised upon entering this little hidden gem of a nail salon. Very soothing ambiance with peaceful music playing in the background, no TVs. I was the only one there at the time, which was even nicer. I was having a gel manicure and they had a ridiculous amount of colors to choose from, all pre-​painted on these false nails on «sticks» that you could pull out and place over your own nail to help decide upon the color that best suited you. It was so convenient and organized. In addition, they put your hands into finger tip-​less gloves to protect your skin from the UV lights while drying. They are a very forward thinking salon, neat, clean and very customer service oriented. I really, really recommend giving them a try. I have been going to another local location in the center but this place really tops them. I will be going next for a pedicure. I’ll keep you posted!
***Had the pedicure and it was wonderful! A true foot massage, warmed lotions (who does that these days for a pedi?), meticulous polish application… They truly go above and beyond here. My new nail spot for sure!
