I go to this location often. The food and service are good 99% of the time. Never anything less than acceptable. Just sometime the service can be slow in the bar area. I went to a few night ago and ordered a beer and appetizer. The beer and appetizer arrived within minutes of each other. Yea, the beer took a while to get to me. This location is worth your time to visit.

Having eaten at this store within the past several months and been thoroughly unimpressed, the only reason we had to return was bound up in the gift card I’d received and the fact that I would receive a free piece of pie (for my birthday). I’m SO glad we gave it another shot. The experience was terrific, the food was quite tasty. I’d have preferred it to arrive at the table at a higher temperature, but it wasn’t such that I really needed to send it back. Portions were agreeable, the server was delightful and we have completely changed our minds about the chain and this store in particular.

My boyfriend and I ordered take out from this location last week. We got home and discovered that pieces of our order we’re missing and the food we did have was less than satisfactory. We understand that these things happen from time to time. I was very impressed with how the manager (I believe her name was Kelly), and staff handled the problem. After being assured that she (the manager) would personally make sure that the remade order was correct we drove back. Everything was perfect the second time around! Great job keeping your customers happy! We will be back.
