Specialties
Tamar has extensive training in modalities beyond therapeutic massage and all sessions are a unique blend of approaches. She specializes in working with the connective tissue using cranio-sacral therapy, visceral work and neural manipulation. When coming for a session, you should not expect a session which includes only massage.
Tamar’s interests lie in helping people who are interested in being active participants in their own health and wellbeing. Together, Tamar and her clients can work to unravel complex tension patterns using her blend of bodywork modalities and movement.
In addition, with stretching, movement, and fitness work, Tamar can help clients learn to address issues on their own and maintain the positive changes they get in their sessions.
