History

Established in 2002.

Founded in 2002 by our President, Bob Ellison, Missing Link began with the idea that computer services could be provided in a different manner — one where the provider only profits when its customers systems ARE WORKING. In 2006, Mike Runyon joined the team as we began employing technology and automation to bring «big business» I.T. benefits to small companies at a fraction of the price.

Business Owner

Bob spent almost 10 years in the U.S. Navy as submarine Nuclear Reactor Operator and Prototype Instructor. During this time, he learned the value of integrity and the importance of procedural compliance, systems redundancy and preventive monitoring/​maintenance. After his time in the military, Bob worked in various I.T. roles for military defense contractors, school districts and local computer support providers.
