The saying «there’s one in every crowd» is the case with this place. You can have the best products in the world in the best location, but if your associates act like a bunch of arrogant and miserable people that could give two flips about making your experience pleasant — then you won’t be open very long.
I personally have been in about five times as location and repair was in a hurry, each time leaving saying «never going back after being treated like that». I took my 6 year old in last year and the guy was rude to him and I about lost it because he was disrespectful! Then my wife went in today to get some pvc supplies for her elementary science class (teacher going the extra mile) and called me so upset at the mean people and poor service.
So with all of that said, I hope that the store gets a nicer staff of has a boss that knows how to spread a positive work attitude because it flat out sucks right now!
We won’t be back anytime soon!
