Description

Specialties

Our firm was built on two client-centric principles: EMPOWER and EDUCATE. These principles are the foundation of everything we do at LCG. Our service offerings encompass almost every personal and business financial aspect. Because of this, we are able to build our clients a custom service package based on their individual needs and goals.

Our unique holistic approach has allowed us to build long-term, trusting relationships with each of our clients because the process is transparent and the advice is honest. Because of this, we provide every potential client with a complementary consultation. The goal during this initial meeting to determine if our team and our services is going to be a good fit for the client and their unique needs.

History

Established in 2002.

Twelve years later, Legacy Consulting Group (LCG) has grown to be so much more than just a tax and financial planning firm. It’s a center for financial education and empowerment serving individuals, families, and businesses alike. It’s an environment where candidness and client-centricity are interwoven into all aspects of the business. Adding to its uniqueness, LCG’s David Hudson is a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) for CPA and Tax Services. Dave Ramsey, himself, was an integral part of growing the firm in the early years with his radio spots that endorsed David personally for his work. It’s this type of integrity and sound financial backing that helps LCG produce the remarkable results it does for its clients.

David H.

Business Owner

Originally from Memphis, David Hudson attended the University of Tennessee where he earned his Bachelors of Science in 1993 and then Masters of Accountancy in 1996. He started his financial career in Knoxville in 1995, before moving to Kentucky in 1997. David worked for a couple prominent CPA firms in Lexington but during that time, had a greater vision of service.
