As promised, I am updating — and this time Kroger excelled! ClickList worked EXACTLY as intended. We pulled out of our driveway at 8:28AM, and by 9:10AM we were home and had the groceries put away. Now I have the whole day ahead of me and I don’t have to spend 1 ½ to 2 hours shopping for groceries. Thank you Kroger. You remain my favorite store! **** ORIGINALREVIEW**** If the system had worked as intended, my rating would be five stars. It should work like this: You use ClickList for your local Kroger store and make a grocery order. Ours was just under $ 150. This week was one of the larger lists we have during the month. You finalize and submit your order, and select a window of time to pick up your order. It’s going to be the following day. They don’t have same day service. You pay when you pick up, in case they are out of, or substitute items, or of prices change due to sales, etc. you show up in your time frame, park in a designated spot, and call a number posted on the signs to let them know you are there. They bring out your groceries, load them, you give them your debit or credit card(no checks or cash), they swipe it using their handheld pad and payment app, and they finalize your payment. You then drive home and put away your groceries, having saved lots of time. My experience worked great, up until the part where I get my groceries, pay, and drive away, and love the experience. I showed up on time, called the number, told them who I was and which numbered spot I was parked in. After about ten minutes, Kelly came out, and began apologizing profusely. She said they had given my order to someone else, and she was very sorry, and she would absolutely make it right. She asked if I could give her 30 minutes to pull my order again. I said I would go home and come back. On the way home she called the number on our Kroger account, which is my husband’s phone, and said she found the order. It seems for some reason she had mixed me up with a different customer. I was almost home at that point, so I went home, and my husband went back with me. Kelly did make it right, but because we spent so much extra time actually picking up our order, I am only rating this experience a three. I will most certainly re-evaluate the experience next week, and update my review! I am still excited about Kroger ClickList, and plan to use it each week.

This Kroger is really nice and clean. They even sell clothes! I had a hard time finding items because it was so big, but they definitely offer the one stop shop experience. I think you can find anything here!

My husband and I just moved from Atlanta, where we had access to some of the most unique and extensive foods at a variety of «farmer’s markets”(think Whole Foods variety and freshness meets bargain prices + extensive foreign ingredients [Ethiopian, Indian, Mexican, Eastern European, etc]). This is the FIRST place in Lexington where we feel we will be able to buy quality produce and meats at reasonable prices along with a variety of options and cuisines. We will definitely be returning to this Kroger.

This is my favorite Kroger in Lexington. It’s huge and has not only food but furniture, clothing, and household. Definitely a good place to stop if you’re in the area and need groceries!

Large grocery store will all the stuff you would expect and a bit more. Good sized produce section, dry goods, frozen items, meat and drug section. Lots of check-out lines, but typically only a few are open. They recently added clothing to the front of the store, which I think is a huge waste of space. I hardly ever see anyone shopping there. I guess they are competing against Walmart and Target, but I think they missed the mark. They also just re-did the produce department and now there is a huge empty space inside where the fruit is displayed. Would be nice if a produce guy was back there stocking or helping, but it is just filled with boxes and carts. Staff is pretty good. They usually have two people roving the aisles to help you find things. But the rote«did you find everything today?» bothers me because when I report something missing they acknowledge it, but don’t seem to have the ability to fix it. I have a particular brand of coffee I like, but they are out 75% of the time. I usually make a trip to another store to get that. Overall, it is a large grocery store. Convenient to my home. Ok selection.

Oh my goodness, what can you not get at this place. What a huge selection. I took some coworkers there while they were in town from Auguascalentis(im sure that is spelled wrong) Mexico and they were pleased with the selection of the Mexican food section.

Okay so normally I’m pretty happy with this store overall but today was a bit annoying. I got to my car and was loading my groceries and ALL the handles on my bags were ripped!!! Sad thing is a manager was bagging my groceries… and saw I have a little one, so one would think to try to make it a bit easier for me but nope. Their bags stink anyways but this is redonkulous! Thanks Mr. Manager you get an epic fail from this mama!

Definitely the best chain grocery store in Lexington. Despite the size of the place, it is actually very easy to get in and get out. They generally have enough checkout lanes open, which is extremely rare anywhere, and the checkout staff in general seem to have their act together better than at most places. They must have strong leadership. The one really odd thing about this store is that the U-Scan checkouts are located on the opposite end of the store from the main entrance/exit. Why in the world would somebody buying a loaf of bread or a bunch of bananas want to walk an extra half-mile to check out?

Store is good, prices are lower at Walmart. I would think corporate would have a tattoo piercing policy. Grosses me out when the checker outer looks so rough with all that stuff.

Best Kroger in Lexington. Great meat and seafood department with great staff! If you can’t find what you want at this store you probably can’t find it.

Best grocery store in Lexington. Unlike a lot of other grocery stores in Lexington, this location is very clean and huge. In the summer they have a large selection of patio furniture and plants/flowers.

Probably one of the biggest grocery stores in the area. It has everything you could think of and somethings you didn’t know existed.

This Kroger is EPIC. So clean and HUGE. So much clearance stuff and very well laid out. There are a few employees that are worthless but I guess that’s most grocery stores eh? When I ask where the restroom is don’t just point and walk away, weirdo. Anyways, badass store. I could be in here for hours.
