I will not go anywhere else for services for my jeep. I bought my jeep here, they stayed late to make sure I drove away with the car I loved and have taken care of me ever since. I’ve come here for all my oil changes and they spoil me! They’ve cleaned out and made my baby shine! I know when I’m here, my jeep is in the best hands! Everything was great! We couldn’t get to columbia until 7, so we were there until almost 10. They closed at 8 but rhett and finance were very patient with us; still tried they’re hardest to get us and and out so we weren’t there all night. We bought a addition warranty for the vehicle and the finance manager was so helpful and gave us a great price, compared to all the other places we’ve been car shopping. We would definitely recommend JTs to anyone and everyone. We have been shopping around for a month now and thus was the first place that was upfront and didn’t hassle us at all. They were pleasant to work with and I’m happy we chose this company to buy a car from; We also got lucky that Rhett was an amazing salesman to work with!

Great Service department! Experience with getting a warranty item repaired was great. Oil changes and tire rotations always go smoothly.

Bad car buying experience. Salesman, Isaac, was pushy and would not attempt to pay attention to us. We set a max interest rate we were willing to go on new and used. He kept saying «finance does that». But he kept bring back a worksheet with a price per month. He kept trying to push 21% interest in good credit for a first time buyer when most dealerships we went to offered much lower. My daughter and I felt like they were trying to hustle us. Never going back. And did not like being bit by the dog.

My mother and I came here to trade in my moms 2012 Dodge Caliber for a 2015 Fiat 500 Pop Convertible. They were wonderful. Our salesperson was Todd and he was great. We got a wonderful deal on the car and was very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Todd and the dealership to everyone. The car is awesome. Never thought such a little car could be so awesome. If u are thinking about getting a Fiat, you should stop thinking about it and just do it. It’s so worth it.

A typical bad story about buying a vehicle… went with daughter to jt’s, her son had found an ’07 Jeep Liberty pictures looked good. They had already driven the vehicle on a test drive, they had decided to buy vehicle. So the sales person JENNIFER had pulled in a guy my the name of Chip and he told us about there safety inspection they do on all cars and assured us that the vehicle was worthy of our purchase. A safety inspection wow ok so was told that they checked everything. This was on a Saturday. There was a open recall that wasn’t done on vehicle all the libertys had a recall on the back bumper area for reinforcement. So we agreed on a price and went forward with purchase. They kept the car over that weekend so it would be there on Monday morning so they could do recall and work on the antifreeze. Assured us they would also do another safety chk. So monday we took deliver of vehicle and two days later wouldn’t run. So had it towed to a repair shop. Turns out the battery was no good and spark plugs were burnt to a crisp. Plus the ball joints rubber grommets are busted and leaking. So much for safety CHK. If anyone actually looked at anything they would of seemed this trouble. Battery was actually pulling 750 amps not enough to crank the Liberty up. 83 000 miles on vehicle. It’s just another story of buying used vehicles. Men and woman at these dealers will tell you anything just to do a deal. They don’t really care about anyone’s safety or good will. We will never buy another vehicle from Jt ‘s ever. Thanks chip.

Parts and service should be 5 stars, they go above and beyond to be quick and efficient, they filled my fluids for free when it was cold out. Sales should earn one star, this was my first car purchase from a dealership, and they made it like jumping through hoops.

The worst service and most horrible place to buy a Fiat ever! I say this seriously and not casually at all. I bought a BRAND NEW Fiat from this dealership in March 2013. From the beginning I heard a tick when I turned right or left. I brought the car to them at least once per month only to be told that it was not there. Fine, I am not a certified mechanic. Six months later it is pronounced to the point where when I just turned the wheel and back up I had clicking. Took the car back and was told ok you need an axle! On a new car!!! So for three more months they constantly lie about ordering the part and getting my car fixed. Just kept on. Finally I had to call corporate. Now the part is ordered, so they say. Tell me to come in and get the car fixed. I do so and guess what? You guessed it! No part. Too bad for them I had to go out of town and I refused to take my car. They wanted ME to pay for a rental car. Back to corporate. Ended up getting the car but IMPLORED to them that I would not be back for two weeks. Do you know those so and sos stopped payment on the rental anyways! Hate this dealership and I do not recommend them to a dog to get a bone. Save your money. They are like every other car dealership, as long as you are a potential customer you are good. Soon as the papers are signed you can go drive the car off a cliff. This is my direct experience with their Service Department, not Sales. But overall they are the worst car dealership in Lexington. And Lexington has such a high standard of living. Leave JTs alone if you want to continue to be regarded as appreciated for your business.

Great place to buy a vehicle. The people here are normal you and me people who are there to do a job but also get you what you want. Very friendly. I had an easy experience there in December when I bought my wife and I vehicles. It was actually the smoothest it’s ever been buying a vehicle for me. It took all of an hour and a half. Kind of funny because I was on lunch and returned from lunch with new vehicles. I also use their service department which is top notch. I would use them over anyone else in the area hands down.
