Jonathan began his career as a Real Estate Investor in 2005. He has since branched out to representing clients from all walks of life in the purchase and sale of homes throughout the North West Greater Boston Area.

Born and raised in Bedford, MA, Jonathan has been a Real Estate Investor since 2005 and a Broker since 2006. He began his career in Real Estate owning multi-​family rental properties and buying, fixing-​up, and reselling Bank Foreclosure properties. He soon realized that he could use his knowledge of the foreclosure process and finding great deals to help new home buyers pick the perfect home.

Prior to Real Estate, Jonathan worked in the Corporate World as a Marketing Manager for a software company. He brings his unique skills in Marketing to bear with each home owner he represents. He provides cutting edge Aerial Photo and Video as well as premium web optimization to bring each of his client’s homes maximum exposure

A multi-​million dollar producer who holds Real Estate Licenses in, and has brokered transactions in, multiple states, Jonathan now focuses his Brokerage business in the Boston Metro West Area where he resides. He puts his extensive Real Estate knowledge

I found Jonathan a few years ago when I was looking for my first home. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and was a bit nervous about the whole process. Jonathan’s easy going nature, experience, knowledge, balanced advice and willingness to answer all of my questions (sometimes stupid) was comforting to me and put me at ease. Jonathan helped me find a beautiful home that fit my family and my needs perfectly and walked me through the actual buying process with the patience of a saint (again, lots of questions from me!). I was so pleased with my experience with Jonathan that when it came time for my father to sell our family home of 45 years and he wanted to do it himself i said «absolutely not» and insisted he work with Jonathan to organize the sale. When my dad agreed, again, I was very much at ease knowing that my father was in good hands. I can speak for my father confidently and say that he was also very happy working with Jonathan. Buying a house is a long process. It can take months…
We heard a lot of stories on agents that will push a customer to close a deal and get their share and even came across few until we found Jonathan.
Jonathan is the perfect agent to guide you through this process.
He was always on our side, even if it meant more work for him, he never pushed us above our economical abilities, never pushed to make an offer that is higher than what we could handle, never pushed to close a deal, he studied our needs and the crazy specific details that matter to us in a house and helped us find a house that is the perfect fit, he recommended on the available open houses that met the criteria and also went with us to see houses as many times as we requested until we felt we had enough, than he waited to let us digest the parameters and make a decision with no pressure, he followed up on any issue that bothers us, discuss our hesitations without trying to influence our decision.
After we made the decision and managed to get the house, the deal was closed and Jonathan was still assisting with guidance of the purchasing process, making sure we understand all the steps and that we don’t rush until all is properly checked.
I recommend Jonathan to anyone that want to buy a house and enjoy it.

Having Jonathan as our buying real estate agent was the best thing that happened to our home-​buying experience. We were weary of the realtors and thought their mission was to get you to buy the most expensive house. Not this guy. We were looking at this house that was at the top of our range and we were strongly considering it while Jonathan started to point out all problem spots and how we could really get in trouble a few years down the road if we went with this option. This is when I knew that he is really on your side and knows what he is talking about. The Boston area market is crazy and with Jonathan’s help and guidance we had a pretty smooth and enjoyable ride and landed in our dream house!

We read about Jonathan in an article in the Boston Herald about agents that use drones to help sell houses. We figured that would really help sell our house. In the end, I don’t know how much of it was Jonathan and how much of it was just this crazy real estate market, but the results were better than we ever imagined. The thing that really stood out, to me at least, was how he helped us win a bidding war when we were buying. Maybe it’s naïveté, but it seemed like he had a bag of tricks that most agents had never thought of. We’ll definitely use him again someday.

Our real estate experience was a bit of a long roller coaster ride. Without getting into too many of the embarassing details, we hired the wrong agent at first and it cost us 6 months. We were fortunate to find Jonathan after that miserable experience had ended. He was so understanding and helpful. For the first time we really felt like we had someone on our side putting our best interest first. The marketing that he did for our home was really top notch. He even takes Aerial drone photos. Pretty cool. I can highly recommend.

Working with Jonathan has been a breath of fresh air for us. We interviewed several agents to help us transition my Mom out of the home we grew up in and help us find her a suitable condo out of state. Jonathan helped us find a great agent in FL (for the condo) and got us over asking price on my Mom’s house here. Jonathan has been both Listing Agent and Buyers Agent for us when we recently sold our home and bought a condo. He was recommended to us by a friend and we were very impressed. He helped us sell our house in Lexington and buy a condo in Watertown. One of the most impressive things about Jonathan, in my opinion, was that we started talking to him about a year before we made the decision to list our house and he was very responsive and helpful from day one, even though he knew we weren’t going to be selling our house anytime soon. He ended up getting us significantly more than we expected for the house and helped us beat out several other offers buying the condo. I would definitely use him again if I had a need for a Real Estate Agent.
