Jimmy Nash Homes has also implemented a web based customer dashboard that allows clients to be hands-​on in the construction process from their computer anywhere in the world. In addition, Jimmy and the entire team will walk through your home with you at framing, at five weeks from completion, on the day of closing, and, of course, as you request. Contract prices and completion dates are guaranteed. Representatives of The Moore Group will greet you at the Patchen Wilkes model home from 12 – 5 pm daily an at The Reserve at Greenbrier home from 12 – 5 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Moore Group is a full service real estate agency and assists Jimmy Nash Homes clients sell their current home and find temporary housing, if needed, during the home construction process.

Jimmy is very involved in each project prior to contract, during construction and after move-​in. He is a very hands-​on owner. Jimmy was born and raised in Lexington and aspires to build a Company that will span generations. Jimmy’s mission is to instill a culture throughout his Company, involving all parties, including his suppliers and subcontractors, to provide a new home with good value and great quality

while delivering a Customer Experience like none other.
