Jalisco Birrieria

Food taste is INCONSISTENT and the PRICES are Unreasonably HIGH! I’ve visited this place plenty of times and have tried the Birria de Res. The first few times the dish was GREAT/​FLAWLESS so we kept going. Then the third try the food was RIDICULOUSLY salty. Since I craved that plate and I believe businesses make mistakes I went again to give it another try. The taste was COMPLETELY different and super spicy I couldn’t handle it after a couple of bites. I returned the plate and to my surprise I WAS CHARGED! I REPEAT I WAS CHARGED FOR THE ORDER!!! When asking the Restaurant owner why I was charged she said «I can’t let the food go to waste, I cannot put it back and you need to try the food before you order it». She REFUSED to give us our money back. We left extremely upset and then turned back around once out of the parking lot to go back for the plate we were wrongfully charged for. a word of CAUTION!!! According to the owner «Taste the food prior to ordering it». This is ridiculous WE WILL DEFINATELY NOT GO BACK!!!
