Get In Shape For Women is the first complete training program for women. The model was created to appeal to women who haven’t found success with other weight-​loss options. The premise of Get In Shape For Women is simple, the results extraordinary. One personal trainer works with up to four women at a time during each one hour session consisting of 30 minutes of weight training, 25 minutes of cardio, plus nutrition coaching for a complete training program. Get In Shape For Women is a transformation model focused on results.
