History

Established in 1984.

Garmer & Prather’s predecessor firm was founded in Lexington in 1984 by a group of attorneys with a commitment to achieving justice for people who had been badly injured through medical malpractice, defective products, trucking accidents, and other circumstances beyond their control. That commitment continues today with the firm’s current attorneys — experienced trial lawyers who prepare each case to be ready for the client’s day in court.
