Fast Enough Performance

They do good work and the price is right. I hate the Audi dealer here in town so I was on the lookout for a good shop that works on Audis. These guys are so much better than the dealer, there’s no comparison. Definitely recommend.

I took my brother in laws jetta here to have some work done to it while he was over seas and was very satisfied. It was pricey but worth it. They even stored the car behind a locked gate until we could come pick it up (like 2 weeks) and didn’t charge a single penny extra. They can come off as rude sometimes but I don’t think they mean to. They’ve helped me more then once by answering a hundred questions lol. If you have a vw I highly recommend this shop.

I was looking for some very hard to find seat and interior pieces for my Volkswagen Jetta. Fast Enough not only had all of the pieces I needed, their price was very fair and when I arrived, they had all of the parts removed in a very short time while I waited. This is far above the usual service you will find when purchasing recycled parts! Everyone is very friendly, they know a ton about high performance but especially VW and Audi. When I saw they had a dynomometer, I decided to have my Jetta TDI’s power tested again while I waited. Too cool! Have done business with them a few times over the years, such a great and rare resource for our area. Definitely recommend them

I would avoid at all cost. I had always that the owner Chris is notorious for scamming people but against my better judgement, I decided to try them anyways since they are my only local APR dealer. I called once and asked about installing the APR tune and I was told WORST CASE would be $ 120 for labor and it would most likely be $ 80. I called again one morning to make my appointment and was told again that it would 100% without a doubt be no more than $ 120 labor.
I was busy during their only available appointment so I had a friend take the car for me and told him to call me if they tried charging more than $ 120 knowing they are widely known for overcharging. Needless to say my friend called me about an hour after picking up my car and said «it’s going to be 3 hours labor which is $ 240. So they were going to charge double their west case scenario price quote and TRIPLE their most likely price. Needless to say I had my fiend leave and will be going elsewhere.
The only thing nice I can say is that the girl who answers the phones is nice and fairly helpful. Other than that, I will never deal with them again.

Honestly, you could not find a better shop anywhere. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 11 years and everyone at the shop has always been straightforward and honest. Hard to find these days and Fast Enough has never let me down. I was referred and now refer to anyone with a VW or Audi. While there are times I have had to do something to the car that may cost a bit (eventually you need to spend money on a car for repairs), every repair/​maintenance is done right the first time. I can honestly say, without a single doubt, these are the best guys around.
I was compelled to write a review after reading a less than complementary one. I have to figure he is confused, lost consciousness and was transported to Audi repair hell. He could not have been to Fast Enough because these dudes and dudess’ are the best. Seriously, ask around. EVERY person I have ever sent there only have good things to say and now are as loyal as I am.
Again, ask around. They have a great reputation. Period.

I was referred to Fast Enough through a shop I trusted and was familiar with. I brought a ’03 Audi A4 into Fast Enough to have my rotors/​pads replaced. I asked them to please use OEM parts. I got a call a few days later saying that my timing belt was in terrible shape and might «snap if I pull out of the parking lot» when I pick up my car. I dont doubt that it was in bad shape and needed to be replaced, but WHY WERE THEY TAKING APART THINGS UNDER THE HOOD. Thats like going to the doctor for a broken foot and them telling you that you have a tumor. They quoted me $ 1,000 more that my shop did ($ 2,200) and I couldnt move the car because they had already taken it apart WITHOUT my knowledge. So relentlessly I had to pay an extreme amount to have this replaced. BTW they replaced the pads/​rotors with NON OEM junk.
Now it gets interesting. I finally pick my car up. I know what good work is and let me tell you this was pathetic work. The headlight fitment on both sides was so far off that my dog could prob see it. When I called him out on the quality of the work he became very defensive and said it was my fault because I rushed him on it.
Mind you the mechanic broke both of my headlight tabs. Now onto the power steering issue. IT DIDNT WORK. So they had my car a few extra days to work on it to try and fix whatever the mechanic did to make it not work. Im guessing he poked a small hole in the line. Finally got the car back with the terrible headlight alignment and all. Power steering has never been the same again.
I WOULD NEVER GO HERE. If you care about your vehicle and like to take care of it, I can guarantee you that the RUDE and UNFRIENDLY staff here will take it upon themselves to make your experience a living nightmare.
