We had a great stay here! House is beautiful, lots of amazing barns around, and horses right out side! Great location too, not far of a drive from anywhere in Lexington. Hope to get a chance to stay there again.

Gorgeous house! You’ll feel like the über rich. Our room was a bit small,(Vineyard, I believe) but gorgeous. Horses outside, friendly dogs. Friendly innkeeper, too, and very helpful. The only thing that was a bit of a let down was the breakfast offerings. It was a breakfast bar with fruit, cereal, etc. which was fine, but not what we’d come to expect for B&B’s. Still, well worth the visit, very close to the Horse Park and easy to find.

Need a nice place to stay in Lexington? This is your B&B. You’ll live like a king or queen for the duration of your stay. I prefer the cheapest room on the first floor, because it’s closest to the kitchen and it has its own door to the outside. But the upstairs rooms, especially the master suite, are super-swanky. Your jaw will drop at the master suite’s bathroom. I always read a book on the windswept gazebo; the view is pure Kentucky. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen as well, if you couldn’t tell. The complimentary drinks and snacks are nice, but I go grocery shopping and make my own meals in the large and luxurious kitchen. The TV here is very impressive. I end up sitting in front of it too long every time I stay. The tablet in my room was a very cool amenity. I look forward to my next visit here. I always have a wonderful time. I can guarantee you will as well.
