No stars!(I was forced to give them 1 to post the review!) DONOTEATHERE! I am a former employee of this Dunkin donuts! I would never EVER advise anyone to eat here. I was told on multiple occasions by the GMOFTHISSTORE, to pick dropped Lids and cups from the ground and serve them to customers. I NEVER did this, but witnessed the GM do it multiple times. Coffee is rarely rotated. I’ve personally had to remove Nut donuts from the top shelf which is a major health code violation and potentially deadly situation. I’ve witnessed management belittle employees behind their back to other employees. Overall, this is a terribly run, unhealthy environment!

All right so I was trying to be nice, but UGH!!! From the place that brought you gross doughnut filling, I give you YOUMUSTPAY for a coffee on free Coffee Day!!! Let me explain~ So today I go to Dunkin Doughnuts(la lala la la) all happy and then I order my FREE dark roasted medium coffee. On top of that, I go out of my way to try something new because I feel bad, for freebie deals, that I am just freeloading. I end up settling for a glazed breakfast sandwich. When I get to the window, they charge everything and the gal said«Oops, I charged you for the coffee –_-» Smiling on the outside, but on the inside thinking to myself«WHYWHYWHY?! ISTHISWHAT I GETFORBEING A GOODPERSONANDATLEASTBUYINGSOMETHINGWHENSOMETHINGFREEISGIVENTOME?» Of course, they gave me another coffee because they did this. Only thing is, THISISNOT A BUYONEGETONEFREEDEAL! I JUSTPAIDHALFPRICEFORTWOCOFFEESONNATIONALCOFFEEDAYWHENITWASSUPPOSETOBEFREE! DUNKINNOSWIPING… DUNKINNOSWIPING! I tried stopping for donuts and a cup of coffee on my way out of town. They drive-thru was NOT busy — and when I placed my order I was told, «We’re out of glazed donuts.» How does a DUNKINDONUTS run out of DONUTS? I have never heard of such a thing. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I said, «Forget it» and left. I won’t go back!

This is a new DD and I hate the drive-thru set up, it’s the worst!!! You either block parked cars, the entrance, or both! The coffee was made good so I was happy about that of course, which is ultimately the most important part really. The DT was pretty fast so I was in and out under 3 minutes being fourth in line so that isn’t bad I think.

This must be the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. When I walked in to order a coffee, there was one other person in the whole store and the guy behind the counter was making a drink or something. I waited at the register for 5 minutes before he even said«I’ll be right with you». I was just about to walk back out. He was friendly getting my order but it was obvious that this store is seriously understaffed. They even had a sign on the door asking for applicants.

Friendly cashiers and staff, pretty normal Dunkin’ experience. A word of caution, I ordered two«box o’ joes» 24 hours in advance and they didn’t have then ready until 30 minutes after I walked in the store for pick up. They almost seemed surprised when I came to pick it all up.
