I’ve ordered from this location a few times (online). Usually the pizza is delivered close to the delivery estimate unless it’s game day. Prices are decent if you use the online coupons and the quality is also consistent.
My favorites are the boneless buffalo wings and the Philly cheese steak pizza.

I typically LOVE ordering from Domino’s. I usually order from a Nashua location and I’m always satisfied. I have ordered from this location (Lexington) once before and my order was on time and was still hot. TONIGHT, I ordered from this Lexington location and I placed my order at 5:30 and my order didn’t arrive until 6:50. I ordered ranch with my pizza bites and never received the ranch dressing. My pizza order was correct but all the food was luke warm at best. It was borderline cold. We didn’t even eat the food.

I don’t know if it is the Domino’s corporate recipe or this shop but my «cheese pizza» was quite free of tomato sauce. I know some people like cheese bread, but after overpaying (2 for $ 23.52) for this crap that my children would not eat, I am more than a little upset. Don’t do it. Go to Nick’s, Jimmy’s, Villa or Capri but steer clear of this place.
And then I returned the uneaten portion…

What an interesting experience!
My wife called to place an order for me to pick up on the way home. No answer several times. She thought they might be out of business but I said I saw that it was open just a few days earlier. I decided to swing by — nobody home. The barber next door (nice guy) was watching over the store said the manager would be back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later a drive shows up but couldn’t make a pizza; (not a challenging task here) 10 minutes after that the owner shows up. (I had to stay to see what the heck was going on.) He said he had a flat tire, really?
So maybe they give me a complementary piece of cheese bread for my patience — no nothing but the pizzas I ordered. They were done quickly and they are what they are — cheap, thick crust, mass produced pizza — not that there is anything wrong with that. At least it is consistent and better than it was a couple of years ago.

This is a HORRIBLE place when it comes to customer service. Called for an Order and he won’t accept Online deal. Placed an Online order with next town and slashed an order for $ 72.00 straight to $ 38.00. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CARE for Dominos. The OWNER HAS A BIG ATTITUDE. I usually don’t care for writing bad reviews for business but THE OWNER of this Dominos have serious problem. Will Call domino’s customer care for complaint.

love the pizza tracker. It showed me that it took the driver 50 minutes (from the time he left the store with my pizza) to drive less than 2 miles. Pizza was cold. Kid had an attitude.

Redeemed! I placed an order online for Dominos in Lexington last week and was so disappointed by the multitude of errors and discrepancies in my order, that for the first time in my life, I wrote a letter to the company. Less than 24 hours later I received a call from the store manager who apologized profusely and offered me a free lunch whenever it was convenient for me. Called today to order the lunch and they immediately knew who I was. When we received our free lunch at the office, chicken parm sandwiches, they were hot and delicious! Thank you Dominos!
