We checked in in the rain for one night. No complaints and we decided to stay another night the next morning. Exactly what we expect from a Comfort Inn. A little pricey, but clean, quiet and comfortable so I guess we got what we paid for!

Currently having the worst stay possible. Made reservations 3 weeks in advance for a 14 night stay in a room with two queens. Arrive at hotel, lobby is packed with a huge line to check in, multiple people coming up to report problems, only one person at the front desk… Finally mine turn to check in and the room I booked was dirty. apparently it was occupied and the similar «available» room was occupied as well. She went to upgrade me for my stay for the inconvenience and she couldn’t do that. Tried for just one week and could do that either. Tried for one night — nope. Eventually she had to book me as a walk-​in for the night into a king room and I had to pay — after we already paid $ 1500 three weeks ago…
Best part is… after I got up to the room I got for the night, the thermostat said 80 degrees (it felt much hotter than that) and so far, after 6 hours, has not cooled down. The carpet was soaking wet as well.
Hopefully everything gets sorted out in the morning. Considering the amount of people that came down to complain in the hour I was in the lobby trying to check in, I would not recommend. A shame considering that it is a beautiful hotel in a great location.
