Clean Sweep Carwash

Nice place to get your car washed and they do a pretty decent job but they get pretty busy at times so I go early to get the early bird special nice staff and very friendly don’t take your wife or you’ll go broke in the gift shop area! Lol

This has to be the most disorganized car wash business in Lexington. My wife went to have her car washed and was 4^th in line to get a complete inside and out service and was there for 1 hour! They only had 3 people working the lines which included a wash only line. I guess they didn’t care about the cars that had the inside service and seemed more focused on just the outside wash vehicles. She thought they lost our car because they took it somewhere to clean it out and she could not see the vehicle. She texted me and said if she didn’t see it in 10 minutes she was calling the police to report it missing. I tried calling to complain and they did not pick up the phone — probably too busy doing something in the back that they don’t want you to see. Will NOT return to this location no matter what the circumstance is, would advise you to do they same unless you have an hour to kill!

Rudest Car Wash In Town.
The folks inside are great but the dude in the raiders cap who takes your car is one rude puppy. The quality of work is also poor. I have had to reclean my windows, dash, console and wheels twice when I left here. This used to be a great car wash… Back in the day!

Just took our 2013 Prius in and got the $ 85 deep clean and detailing done and they did an incredible job! While their normal economy washes are decent, I’ll be making their detail wash a regular routine of mine every couple months. It takes about 45 minutes but I promise it’s worth it. They clean and dust every gauge, vent and buckle, along with steam cleaning the seats.
Keep up the great work Clean Sweep, don’t let your attention to detail fall and you’ve got me for life!

Today I stopped in for a wash, vacuum, windows, inside cleaned and tires. $ 26 total cost. Average wait time. Did enjoy wandering around the shop inside. A bit over priced but it passed the time.
Now, here is where my two stars comes into play. My brand new less than two weeks old car still had bugs and dirt on the windshield and grill. Not just a few, it was very noticeable. Inside the car you could still my finger prints on my AC and radio.
For $ 26 bucks it was not clean. Seriously? You couldn’t take the time to at least make sure my outside window was clean and free of bugs?
I asked if someone would wipe the radio/​ac again and magically no one spoke English and they looked annoyed that I was holding up the spot.
Fair warning… their tip box is near the exit of the store, not near where they do the work. I tipped $ 6 and walked over like a dummy to find this.
I will not be back.

This place is ok. The carwash is reasonably priced and seems to get the job done. The problem I have is the lobby and the staff. The lobby is full of random clutter. I’m sure some people love it but it just gets in my way. I always get lost trying to find the register. The staff is friendly but could be more professional in my opinion. I felt awkward standing by the car waiting on the guys to finish up.
I use this place all the time. I’ll keep using this place but in my mind three stars is average and that’s what Clean Sweep is.

Worst car wash ever the drying crew at the end has total attitudes they don’t want to do anything for you they walk around like zombies oh woe is me I can’t believe I have to work. They act like they are pissed because they got denied for welfare.

Had a very pleasant experience at clean sweep today. I went in for an express detail, the attendant at the front told me it would take 20 minutes, so I went for it. Unfortunately, the express detail was 45 minutes, causing me to miss my next appt. I expressed my dissatisfaction with management and told them the gentleman taking orders needs
To be better informed. I was not looking to get anything for free but management graciously gave me a coupon for my next wash to be free.
The overall express detail was very good and I am extremely pleased with the work that they performed. I will definitely be returning to clean sweep on Broadway. Thank you so much for your understanding and your great customer service!
