I rented a house with Classic Realty and I was very happy having them as my landlords. For the most part, there were no issues with getting things repaired as soon as they broke and they are easy to get ahold of– even after hours. I rented from them for over 2 years and I would definitely recommend them to a friend. They actually return your deposit– as long as you earn it(make sure you don’t destroy the house and make sure its clean based on their move out list). The house that I lived in was for sale and they always informed me 48 hours prior to schedule a showing. Very easy to work with! I will definitely use this company in the future.

I have to say I rented a house at 572 Hadlow st in Lexington and was very pleased with the way I was treated. I was in peace and any time something would brake or malfunction I’d call and never had any problems getting them fixed. I would recommend with my eyes closed to any one to go rent from classic any time. I also would go back with them any time I need it. Thanks for your professionalism me and my family are very happy with the way this company dose Business!!!

do not rent from or buy from these people. roger the owner is insane and needs mental help. he is horrible to his tenants and he is unfair and horrible to the owners of the homes he rents out. very cheap, will not fix anything even if it is the a/c in the house and it is 90 outside. he has been turned into the real estate board several times. if you see their sign stay away!!!

I would NOT recommend this company for lease management. I have used them for the past year and a half. Though I seemed to get along very well with Jennifer, the daughter of the owner, once we had a problem with the tenant, her father took over in a very unfair and authoritarian way accusing me of not fulfilling my obligations as owner of the property!!! Though I never met him, he was rude and accusatory and dropped our account for reasons which I am still not sure about. I let the lessee out of her contract early, and though she has painted over wallpaper without permission and has done some pretty bad damage with nails to the walls, and her dog tore up kitchen tiles and the backyard, they still will not give me any money on the deposit. I am completely puzzled about this whole incident. All I can determine is that the lessee told them some untrue stories about me as an owner and they have believed her while not consulting me for my side of the story. Otherwise, we are reasonable, responsible owners who have been judged unfairly and treated very rudely by Classic Real Estate.
