Business Owner
Chef Dion Sprenkle and partner Terry Sprinkle are excited to offer «something different» at their new restaurant in Lexington, North Carolina. The menu has a distinct Mediterranean accent, featuring local and seasonal produce and North Carolina meats and seafood.
Chef Dion is a classically-trained chef from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. His resume includes some of the finest restaurants in New York; New York Palace Hotel, The Water Club, Spazzia Restaurant, Spartina Restaurant, Gotham Bar & Grill and The River Café.
Most recently, Chef Dion was executive Chef at the Old Town Country Club in Winston-Salem for many years.
