Specialties
Attorneys at our firm are focused on client communication. They do not rely on secretaries or paralegals to meet with you and relay messages back and forth. Your attorney will personally attend to your needs throughout the duration of your case, from the initial meeting to the final hearing and beyond.
The majority of our staff hails from Lexington and central Kentucky. We know the problems of the people in our region, and the relationships we’ve forged with clients and the community are the cornerstones of our practice.
There are so many important ways in which we can be of service at the offices of Bunch & Brock, Attorneys at Law – ways that can turn your life around, for the better.
If you are considering filing for bankruptcy due to personal– or business-related financial difficulties, you need a will, trust or estate planning assistance, or you are seeking business formation advice, we are here to help in any way we can.
History
Established in 1976.
In 1976, W. Thomas Bunch and Dan D. Brock formed Bunch & Brock to focus on business and bankruptcy law. In 1978, they moved to the Security Trust Building on the corner of N. Mill and W. Short Streets of downtown Lexington. Centrally located across from Cheapside Bar, Bunch & Brock grew to 5 attorneys (plus support staff) occupying about half of the eighth floor. Today, Bunch & Brock continues to maintain a strong reputation for legal services in the area of bankruptcy and creditor’s rights law, estate planning & administration, last wills & trusts, and probate cases.
