I had to rush my little dog late at night recently after he got very sick. The wait was very reasonable. The doctor and staff was very nice and professional. The waiting room is nice and good size with complimentary coffee/​snacks. My dog was treated and is OK! They reported my visit to my regular vet and I was called the next day to be asked how he was doing. I recommend!

I complete agree with Karen. Very clean, very nice front desk staff. very friendly staff, very knowledgable and thorough. Dr. Gale-​dyer Was amazing to my dog and I. The staff made me feel very comfortable with my decisions I made in regards to my dog and explained all options, estimates and fees. Excellent choice for emergency services.

This is an excellent emergency veterinary service. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and the vets are highly qualified and comprehensive in their treatment.
We have taken two of our pets here and received prompt, high quality, affordable treatment.

Waited in the exam room for over an hour with no one checking on how the puppy was doing. When someone finally came in they stated they were out of the test they needed and that’s why the long wait. They then suggested going to the other emergency hospital in town.
