As part of our promise to accommodate the needs of our clients, we focus on ensuring that all parties to a transaction remain comfortable, confident and informed every step of the way — from the initial gathering of information to the final stages of executing documents that are necessary to complete a purchase or refinance. We provide services essential to facilitating these transactions, including the collection and disbursement of settlement funds, preparation of the HUD-​1 Settlement Statement, Deed, and ancillary closing documents, and ensure that all documents evidencing ownership and lien interests are properly executed by the parties and of record.

History

Established in 2012.

In the spring of 2012 John Williams and Jeremy Mitchell merged to form Bluegrass Land Title, LLC.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

A lifelong Lexingtonian, John graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1997 with a degree in Marketing and Hospitality Management. Prior to the Title Industry, John was in the banking, financial security and insurance business. John began his career in the title business in 2004 as a Sales Representative with First American Title Insurance Company. The following year, he received the Rising Star Award for the South East Region, and was promoted to manager. John later became the Central Kentucky Manager for VTG Title Services, an affiliate of First American, and held that position for six years. In the spring of 2012 John and Jeremy Mitchell merged to form Bluegrass Land Title, LLC. John resides in Lexington with his wife Allison and their four sons. He is also an active member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
