Stopped here for one night on route to Florida. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Free in room wi-fi a plus. Ample complimentary breakfast. Lexington a college town with plenty of local restaurants. A nice change from chain restaurants when on the road

Great experience. Long business trip and needed a good place to stay. Found this Best Western and what a great choice. Staff was very pleasant and informative on check-in. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Coffee and cold drinks available by the ice machine. Slept good. Went to the complimentary breakfast and what a treat. Good fresh fruit throughout. Berries, apples and bananas that were not picked over but truly fresh. Great coffee too. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

After doing a lot of research on hotels in the lexington area, I found this one to have some of the best reviews. cleanliness, comfortable beds etc. The hotel itself was immaculate. The room could have been better. The curtains were a little on the dirty side. The glass door that lead to the balcony was covered in fingerprints. The balcony itself had trash and ciggarette butts left behind. And the balcony railings could have used a dusting.(covered, and I mean covered in spider webs) Just a few small extra touches, and this room would have been perfect. Free breakfast and coffee was awesome! So many choices. Overall a great place to stay.

The front desk clerk was very sweet and helpful upon checking in. Right off the bat, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom floor and the room carpet could benefit from a vacuum. I’m always creeped out by human hairs all over a hotel room and in this case there were hairs on the towels, tub, and floor of the bathroom. The room comes with a small fridge which is a plus. The bed was not very comfortable but hotel beds usually aren’t. The continental breakfast was good, with lots of options.

Came here twice on our travels to the Northeast for the holidays. Our first night we had 2 double beds and the room was clean just crowded with all the furniture in it. On our way back we stayed in the king size bed and the room seemed more spacious and clean. We had our two little ones with us and they slept in their pack n plays which fit much better in the room with the king size bed. We couldn’t fit two pack n plays in the 2 double bed room. So I had our oldest sleep with me in the second bed(a little bit of a challenge and sleep deprived). Over all our stay was good and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good as well. We will come back again if we travel through the area again. The bathrooms were clean too!

We were driving from NJ to TN and found this out of the blue(with a little help from Unilocal). We were very pleased. The staff was very friendly, the room clean, with a bath and a shower, and no signs of any structural distress. It was cute to be offered to take the Rubber Ducky on the bathtub as a free gift. We didn’t eat breakfast the next day, but the coffee was fine and we took some fruit with us, all of which was nice. Pros: well run, quiet, near I-81, clean, rubber ducky. Cons: a little more expensive than other chains, but with AAA it was only $ 10 more

My experience was perfect. My husband and I took a long weekend to ourselves and brought our 2 dogs– boxer and bulldog. We were all treated wonderfully. Even when my husband was completely unlike himself and locked the key in the room FOURTIMES no one was irritated or anything. They were so sweet. Their dinner was good. The rooms were HUGE. Breakfast was just fine. Zero complaints. I may be coming back in the spring and I will stay here if I do.

Assigned a room on first floor near lobby. Furniture was older and not very clean — sitting chairs in particular. The hotel looks like it was decorated in the 1980s and never updated since. The bed was mediocre at best.

I would have to say our group had a great experience at this hotel. Rooms was big and clean. I know our king bed was very comfortable and we also had one of the rooms with a balcony. Locations is a little confusing but still near everything and very close to downtown Lexington(2 min). They even let most of our group check in early at noon. Only downside was the hot side of the free breakfast, Gravy wasn’t good and biscuits semi frozen. But the cold/bread they had a ton of options and you could make your own waffles! I would stay here again anytime.

We booked a room for two nights. Their sheets are overdosed with starch. Their housekeeper are not doing their best to keep the room clean: coffee pot was ¼ full with mold and hair dryer covered with dust! Next morning we left to explore Natural Bridge & Safari Park and then came back around 415pm and they have not cleaned up my room, we saw 3 housekeepers clocked out for the day. SO the head housekeeper had to clean our room. We will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again!

We were really unimpressed with this hotel. First off, we booked a room with a king bed, but instead got two twins; they had nothing left. Also, the heater in our room was broken and smelled like burnt popcorn. Otherwise it was fine, but nothing that overrode these two problems.
