Friendly staff. I used a groupon but for the service I got it would not be worth the full value of $ 90. I use to be a regular client there. Will return with a groupon but for a 20 minute chemical peel for $ 90, no thanks.

I had to find a new eyelash tech and went here twice and never will again. I’ve had eyelash extensions for over a year with no problems and I was immediately told «these aren’t going to last because of the glue». It was ok, not good, but I made another appointment. Second appointment and I now have clumps of glue attaching 4 to 6 eyelash hairs and I’ve had a lot of eyelash loss. I have to pay to have these removed and a new set put on plus buying and using a regrowth serum. This ‘spa’ is way too overpriced to begin with and although the surroundings are nice, you cannot put lipstick on a pig.

I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased 80 units of dysport last week. No results except an unsightly dimple in my forehad from product being placed incorrectly. Esthitician didnt even removed makeup or clean area befor injecting. Was laughed at when I ask them to correct, and laughed at even harder when I told the owner I intended to report them to BBB. I see now why she laughed. They’re not BBB acredited and have a grade of C before my complaint. I hope I helped them earn an F and it keeps another woman from wasting her money

I bought a Groupon as a gift, and was excited because of the high reviews. I ended up being disappointed for even buying the Groupon for this spa.
Unfortunately, this spa did not respect the woman’s wish of not having a male masseuse. The man was then rude because she did not want to talk to him during the massage. It’s sad for a business to take advantage of people this way, and unfortunately get away with it.
Overall, I’m writing the review because they took advantage of the client and customer and wouldn’t want someone else to have the same situation happen. Hate to give a bad report, but I don’t appreciate the poor hospitality and service.

I won the choice of a peel or facial from at their recent anniversary party. During my visit, I was offered a microdermabrasion, which I find preferable. Computer photos were taken prior to the treatment to show areas of the face with individual issues. I found this of particular interest. Heidi did an excellent job, and I was quite happy with the results. I can speak only from this one experience, however it was a positive one.

This is by far the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. When is it okay to wait for you appointment for 45 minutes? Because if I’m paying you for a certain time I should be seen at that time. In addition, I had to go back and tweeze the area after I paid someone who I thought would do that for me. That’s kind of what I thought waxing was… They remove the hair… I guess that isn’t the case with Belle Vie which failed to provide anywhere near to a satisfactory service. Please save your time and money and skip this place unless you’re okay with a seriously sub par spa.
