Established in 1982.

Bill Shaw — Bill started the company back in 1982 as a small sealcoating operation with the mind of being an absentee owner. As the business grew, Bill left his job as Vice President of Kentucky Mortgage Company to run the company full time. Bill is currently responsible for overseeing the general operation of APM.

Peter Kramer — Peter has been with the company since 1998. Currently his duties include overseeing APM’s sales, estimating, and marketing efforts, as well as sharing in the operational duties of scheduling and production management.
