I had an awful experience here. I bought a used dryer with a 6 month warranty. When we used the dryer for the first time, it was broken. It’s ridiculously loud and shrill, balls the clothes up into a tight burrito, and takes 4 cycles to get the clothes dry. We tried calling to have the machine repaired or exchanged, but they never answered the phone. We left several voicemails, but finally had to drive to the store to talk to a person. They assured us they’d call the next day to schedule the repair. They didn’t. We continued in this manner for over a month before they finally told us that our problem wouldn’t be covered by the warranty. Terrible, terrible business.

I bought my washer, dryer, refrigerator, and stove from Appliance Exchange. They made me an excellent deal; my fiancé and I had decided on a price point that we would buy at (not including delivery) and they offered below that price and included delivery. They delivered two counties away and set it up quickly (we live in a very rural region on a steep hill and windy roads… it was not easy). They were excellent people, and I would highly recommend for purchasing appliances. I’ve not had any issues with my appliances since purchasing from them in May 2014.

Dudes are super whack! Stay away. They’ll hit you with the «good olé down South» courtesy and warmth. Which is awesome, and appreciated. But we bought a fridge from them, thing is broke-​down. They have PROMISED us to come fix or swap it out, after calling about 1,000 times dudes keep on stunting. Stay away and go to Lowe’s
So as an update, they finally fixed what they said they were going to do. Which I can appreciate, except they literally took close to a whole year in the process. Honestly, no telling how much food we had to throw away in the meantime. They say they are under new management, or something like that. I would say give it a try if you just need something quick n easy, but make sure it works before dude leaves after the installation.
