History

Established in 2012.

Dr. Couch established his private dental practice in September, 2012. He has been serving the patients of Central Kentucky with compassion ever since. Prior to opening his private practice, Dr. Couch attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and completed an advanced training residency program at Kentucky Clinic.

Dr. Couch is originally from Manchester, KY. He is married to Hannah, and together they have two children (Josephine and Harrison). He attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate studies, then attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Couch completed a one year General Practice Residency Program at the Chandler Medical Center. He has been maintaining a private dental practice in Lexington, KY since September, 2012.
