Wait, it’s free? It’s free! Free museums are awesome. This museum is quite enjoyable for an AvGeek like myself. The inside part is a bit run down, a bit basic… it’s okay. Get that out of the way, and then enjoy the outdoor sections. I mean, there are several military aircraft just sitting there, ready for you to explore. Sure, you can’t get in them, but you can stick your head in the wheel wells, touch the engines, etc. It’s wonderful, and can be seen in 10 minutes or 2 hours, depending on your level of interest. For me, it can take a while. And again… all of this is free!

They are in the process of building a new structure but the old one is still open. The current building looks small but there s a lot inside. Very interesting.
Plus you are able to get up close and personal with the aircraft outside.
