Zales Jewelers

Was expecting horribly service like the first time I went (Lorna is horrible and judgemental). I have no idea how you can judge a customer based on what they want to wear for the rest of their lives. I will never go back to that lady.
Zary was amazing today. A diamond fell out of my ring a couple of days before my wedding, she took care of everything within 10 minutes.

I went to Zales at Vista Ridge Mall because they carry high quality certified diamond rings. I bought my wife a celebration diamond ring and it is absolutely beautiful. The price was fair, but with most ring, it require resizing. I purchase insurance which offer free sizing and would be done 2 – 3 weeks because they had to send it out to their main store. I was in no rush and didn’t mind the wait.
When I went back to pick it up, there were 3 deep scratches on the side of the ring and was still loose on her finger. The sales lady unsuccessfully try to get rid of the scratch. She did not offer any solution and I felted she was more interested in getting me out of the store. I also didn’t feel comfortable with resending it back for them to do further damage. We figure we take it to a jewelry repair store and get it done right.
We were walking around the mall and found Fast Fix Jewelry. What a find! They were able to resize and remove the scratch in 35 minutes. Wife is extremely happy and so am I.
Bottom line, don’t let Zales do your jewelry repair, especially resizing. It’s not worth the headache.

I have my heart set on a vintage engagement ring. The sales lady asked me why I want a vintage looking ring, normally elderly people like that style. Well guess what, have you not heard of people buying clothing, furniture, etc that’s antique/​vintage. It’s in style. Also, if that’s what I want and you are trying to make a sale, don’t try to talk me out of the style engagement ring I want, make sure I find what I am looking for so you can make a sale.
Plus, I came with my friend, and the saleslady knew we were of Indian decent, so she wanted to speak to us in our language after she knew my friend did not speak the language. I am not going to speak to you in our language when my friend cannot understand it. Well, besides the service I received I did not love the products anyways. I will be getting my ring elsewhere!
